Delivery and shipping policy
The customer shall retain a copy of their delivery receipt Payment confirmation shall be sent electronically by email, SMS, WhatsApp within 1 working day. The customer's bank may also provide a payment confirmation electronically.
Products may be delivered by third parties and are subject to a delivery fee which may be charged in advance or may be payable on delivery.
Delivery time within Dubai is subject to the courier and may be the same day or vary from 1 to 2 days. If items are out of stock then there may be additional delay. Delivery to other Emirates or internationally may be subject to additional charges and fees beyond our control.
Services purchased online may require the customer to come to our premises with their pet to receive the service. Some services may be available as a home visit but may be subject to additional surcharges. In all cases service delivery will require the customer to schedule an appointment which may be subject to availability, however do our very best to accommodate the needs of the customer
and their pet.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Pet food products and medications cannot be returned once delivered.
Cancellation & Replacement Policy
You must advise us immediately if there is a problem with your shipment. For services booked there is no replacement or refund offered unless cancellation is at least 48 hours prior. We may offer a rescheduled appointment.
WE WILL ALWAYS PRIORITIZE THE CARE OF YOUR PET.
If your pet has a serious problem such as injury or trauma, loss of consciousness, seizures, heat stroke or anything else of concern, you should contact us immediately and bring your pet to us without delay.
